When you call Small Business Web Hosting regarding your new website, we will make a time to come to your business or home to discuss your needs and give you an obligation-free quote.

Site development will begin upon receipt of any payable fees. We will help you to compile any photos, logos and text that are needed, and we will maintain contact during the development process to ensure that you are happy with your website. After you have indicated to us that the site is acceptable, your final fees will be payable.

If you wish for any changes to be made to your site after initial implementation, we keep a timesheet of the work done, and when you clock over each hour we charge $75 (EX-GST). Most changes requested by clients take about 5 minutes, so generally the $75 (EX-GST) is payable once or twice a year.

We aim to provide you with a level of service and pricing that sees you happy and recommending us to your friends & associates. As an added incentive to spread the word, if a new client indicates that they were referred by you then you will both receive 1 month's hosting for free!
